They are a debt collection agency who pretend that they are investigators in the matter of pending felony charges pending against you.  They are full of S*** and try to scare people by pretending they have power that they actually don't.  It's just an outside debt collection agency trying to get money from you.

We just had a call from this same company claiming to be Hamilton and Associates a fraud and crimes division stating they were going to charge my husband with a felony.  They are lying trying to get money, they are a debt collection agency not investigators.

I got a call today claiming i was getting 3 felony charges pinned on me for something i knew nothing about.  They said if i didnt pay them $1100 a warrent was going to be issued for my arrest. They wanted the money within 3 hrs. I was so upset and scared. I contacted the company they said was pressing charges and they told me it was a fake and not to send anything to them.  Im still upset about it because they seemed to have a lot of information about me.
