You seem to have some anger, Hal. There are hundreds of criminals making phone calls, and some of them are overseas. The government does not have hundreds of investigators. There are certain people who want to shrink the federal government way way down. Perhaps you should ask them to do the investigations.

Called my cell number. I don't answer numbers on my cell that I don't recognize. Did not leave voicemail.

Called cell phone -- didn't answer it because I didn't know who was calling -.  Has called since for the last seven days and just hangs up when I don't answer.  Blocked them today.

Just got a call from this number on my cell. I don't give out my cell number! Blocked it!!!

Rang once, still asleep, when I woke up looked at the # and knew it wasnt anyone I knes. Wont call it back. If its important thet will call again. But I wont answer after this.

It's a "rewards redemption' number offering a "$100 gift card".  Thats what the automated message said when I called the number back.  If you press 2 they take you off the list
