While this "800notes.com" is a nice way to vent it does not get on the AGO radar.  While I have submitted complaints, I just had to speak to a person today as well and called the AGO's office -- 1-866-662-2551.  I urge you to contact the AGO office in MO to motivate them into action.

Caller ID said 'out of area'. Caller asked for us by name and when we said yes, he identified the company he was calling from as Triple A Duct Cleaning. From the time we said yes, he spoke nonstop about a special offer for us as valued customers and all the things they would do for just (didn't pay attention to the price since we just had service done by our HVAC company) xx dollars. He said their records indicate that we hadn't had service since 2010 so we are overdue for their service and with this special offer.......at that point, after saying  'excuse me' several times, he finally took a breath and let us speak. In a kind voice we stated that we hadn't moved into this house until 2012 and we've never used them for HVAC services, we have a company we use, and please take us off your calling list. Absolute silence followed by a heavy click.
We understand people need to make a living, but our courtesy rewarded by their rudeness is enough alone to not hire a company like that.

"Wes" called me back from this number, after the low-level droid terminated the previous call. He provided the information that the call from a "doctor" wouldn't be able to be done within a few hours as I had requested. Very personable, and was very aware of where the previous call with the low-level droid had ended.

The call completed when I dialed it back, and he did answer it as "Wes". He seemed immediately surprised, and probably realized he slipped up in calling me from a number that isn't spoofed. It was played off as "it's better to call another number", and provided the toll-free 888 686-2767, which links to healthadvisorsusa.com, Chinese-registered, UK-hosted, probably a good hint that the operation is not legit.

A lady called me today and said they were running a special of $54.95.  Normally the cost was $154.95, so I made an appointment for Friday.  Then a guy called back and said they would be in the area and if I made an appointment sooner, the price would drop to $39.95.  When I asked him for his name I could tell he made up a name and gave me a number to call if I had any questions.  Well I called the number and it constantly played music, so I hung up.  So off to the Internet I went to find out more information about this company and sure enough there were complaints and a grade rating of a "F".  Also thank you Me Too for the investigation video from Channel 4 News.  Actually I'm looking forward to them coming to my door.  I will have the Police standing by in case they would need to lock me up.  :-)

This number is a scam... we have received many calls from our customers saying that we contracted this company out to perform furnace maintenance.

Have received several calls from this number.  I told them I was on the no-call list and not to bother me again and I never buy from non solicited calls.  They keep calling.  Will block the number

Caller ID said "DIR ASST MO 314-555-2525".  I did not answer. Then I called the number to be sure it was not the telephone company calling.  A recorded message answered, "we are unable to complete your call at this time."

received call from 555-2525 caller id said dir asst ca, I live in california. I answered it was telemarketer selling heater and ac cleaning. I am on do not call list.

Left a message in my voicemail stating that if I no longer needed an insurance policy to press 9. SCAM CALL!! BLOCKED!
