Firefighters Assistance Fund (FAF), cold calling for donations.

they call and don't leave a message. i am tired of them calling 2 & 3 times a day.

Calls once or twice daily. I am injured and not working, when I explain this to these people they hang up on me and about a week later they start again. I have met my limit on numbers I can block and still can't seem to have a phone for my personal use.

Caller ID says "CHILDRENSCHFUND".  Obviously, another one of these BS charities that spends 80% of the funds collected on call centers, ie., fund raising.  They have called 5 times now in the past few days.  The Firefighters Assistance Fund is another of their BS charities.

A men called and "demanding" to talk to me, when I questioned him he hang up, sounded and claiming he his calling from the police

It my case it says that it was raising funds for the police force and the caller ID said Res Police Office. I called the St. Louis PD to know if this was in fact their number, no one could tell me for sure. The caller claimed to me raising funds for my local PD here in San Francisco, CA. It seems to me that this is a scam.
