Call came into a Manhattan business at approx. 9:25am EDT May 24th. 2011.
I did not answer so it went to voicemail.
When I played the 'message' back, all I could hear was 'white noise'. I deleted it.

I answered the call.  They were wanting to verify my info for an IT newsletter...they had all the correct info so they either bought a list or I unknowingly signed up for something in the past.

Call to cell, no message...

Sent to voice mail, did not leave a message.  The IT newsletter sounds quite plausible, as I am in IT.

Rec'd call at 9:50 AM CST, May 26, 2011 in Milwaukee.  Answered but no response, no background noise on the line.  I am part of an IT group so I agree that an IT newsletter solicitation sounds plausible.

Caller asked for our main IT person.

I get several calls a month from this number, I have picked it up but it is nothing but white noise. I have called the number back and it just rings. I am in IT and get solicitations regularly but I find this odd, enough to take the time to google the number and  post here.  If anyone figures out who the company is please post.

These jerks call me daily about a business publication I don't want.  When you call back, they state they will remove your number but they just keep calling back.  I submitted this number to the Do Not Call List complaint department - we'll see!

Call to NH cell, no one on line.  Free trade magazine update is possible since I get many.

Called our 800 business number- from other comments seems they are calling our toll free to solicit their business- not happy!!

They called our 800 number again- called them back and told them to remove the number from their list or be reported. THey do not ever gove their company name, just that they are a service center. Their recording says that they "try to comply with all laws" so they already know they are in violation. Where has the DNC Registry failed?

just got a call from them. there was white noise. I am not sure what they want, but i don't have a reason to talk to them. They called my cell phone.

Ditto  They hung up when I answered. Is there anything we can do from our cell phone to stop it. I do not have a way to block it on my phone. They called my cell phone.

These idiots call my cell phone about once a week or so.  It's quite annoying and I do not answer calls from unknown numbers.

They called asking to update my contact info in the "Internet Retailer Magazine" subscription I have and asked me if I want to continue receiving my magazine's.

They keep calling my cell.  When I pick-up they say nothing.  Annoying ....................
