This is CACI. It's a debt collector.

This number calls often (nowhere near the frequency of the other commenters) but will never leave a voicemail, or name and message with the person picking up my phone. Called it back from a different number and it answers as CACI

leaves a 2 to 5 second voicemail of someone breathing, then hangs up.  Annoying.  No voicemail, block number. Has to be collection.  CACI  Cranky and Cocky Idiotic collection agency.

Calling my number for my ex roommate regarding a Spire Energy bill.

They keep calling me everyday. I've never answered and not going to.

They never leave a message and call every other day it is a scam

Calls twice EVERY day. I get a call from this number at 6:58am on Saturday AND Sunday. No messages whatsoever...and nobody EVER answers, even when I pick up on the first ring. Typical B.S. tactics of some lazy, fly-by-night collection company...too cowardly to actually do their job and speak like grown adults, but will sure as hell make a chicken-sh*t log, saying that they "attempted to call" so they don't look completely incompetent when they can use legal loopholes to take the unsuspecting to court without ever notifying their target of the reason behind it. Whoever had this number before me needs to have their a$$ kicked for not paying their bills (it IS possible they aren't even aware of owing anyone...it happened to me 19 years ago after a near-fatal car crash (i owed the hospital $4.83 even after being assured repeatedly by the billing dept i had paid everything in full) But the cowards who use these sneaky, little-d*ck tactics of calling/not speaking/logging as a call attempt need to be put in their place by a long overdue change in collections law!

They been calling since last week. Looking up the Number it is Augassie, a collection agency. They are looking for some James guy ... sorry I am all female lol. They have the WRONG number. For collection agencies they sure don't know how to do their jobs or locate their people. Reporting them, its two calls and I on my recording identify I am with the DO NOT CALL LISTINGS
