    Robo call recording said, " Hello, is Shannon there? " I answered "No, there is no Shannon here." While I was answering them, the recording said, "Alright, we'll try back later. Goodbye." and hung up.

    (I didn't realize it was a recording at 1st... it is a man's voice.)

    Missed call. Returned the call and got recorded message, "This is the fund raising center and we are unable to take your call at this time ." Totally unsolicited call. Decide for yourself.

    Similar experience. On calling back, got message "The number you have dialed is unallocated".
    I suspect they are scanning to find live numbers. So calling back is a mistake. So is answering...
