RoboCall from 'Sara' soliciting houses for cash sale. Called one of the owners of the Company, Ryan Wessels, 314-805-3033, he claimed that the company isn't selling anything so this is not a marketing call... interesting opinion, I'd opine that they're selling a service. Presumably he thinks this interpretation makes the company exempt from RoboCall rules... Regardless, 2 calls playing a pre-recorded message within 15 minutes are Robocalls... followed by a robotext... all to a cell phone and nowhere in the recording is the Company behind the call identified nor is there an opt out included in the call. At the end of the whole episode, this writer is left with a negative impression of the company and that owner and would find it hard to recommend doing business with them.
