Just received a call for the first time from this number. No voicemail.

Just got a call today and no voicemail.

Received call.  No voicemail

Just received 4 calls in 4 minutes. Line was open, but noone there.No message

Solicitation for arthritis "study" being done by a "local physician in my area". Called my cellphone. [***].

I just got a recorded call from this number offering participation in an arthritis clinical trial. I work in research ethics so I thought I would play along. It said press "one" for more information so I did, and then I got disconnected. While it is not uncommon to recruit people into clinical trials using this methodology, the language used and the emphasis on payment is not what I would classify as ethical research. On the other hand, this call could have just been a ploy to find phone numbers that are answered so the caller can sell a list of validated phone numbers to other telemarketers. I don't know which is the case, but I'm reporting this to the do not call complaint number.

So then I called the number from my work phone. I pressed "one" and a recorded message said "your account does not have sufficient funds to make this call." So it's clearly not a clinical trial. It's a SCAM. I'm sorry I answered because now I'm just going to get more of these calls.

received several calls from this number. appears to be a Missouri area code. Each at random times and on my personal cell. Never left a message.

they called me today, left a long blank voicemail.  I blocked the number after reading this

Calling my cell phone husbands cell phone and our home phone.  All Numbers on Do Not Call List.

I called this number back 314-735-2978 and got a recorded message, at the end of the message they give you the choice to be removed from the list

friggin brutal!! same call over and over and over..

Voicemail left -- but it's just dead air.

This number called my cell phone at 3:37 p.m. central time. I mistakenly answered it. There was a robo-voice asking if anyone I knew suffered from... what, I don't know, because I hung up on it. Have blocked the number @ Verizon online.
