It was a call from Express Scripts.  I believe it was legit as I had the lady tell me what meds I was receiving from Express Scripts.  Not only did she get that correct, she volunteered that I was also getting a couple of meds from the local military facility....which was also correct.

Caller ID showed Express Scripts, so I answered.  This was a robo-call.  The message indicated they wished to review a past order and instructed me to press 1 or call back at . . .  This is when I hung up.  I have neither the time nor the inclination to pick up my phone only to be put on hold by a computer.  If it was legit and they wanted to request a renewal for me, this is also a waste of time.  I alone choose when I need to request my meds, as well as when it is permissible to aggravate my doctor with such things.
