Diane at 314-892-7610 wanted info not entitled to. Reporting this phone company as SCAM !

They have called three times today asking all the same questions listed below.  This is a SCAM. Do no give out any personal information. When I informed them that I would need a patient release signed, they hung up.

This is a medical facility,  our priority is to  provide patient care not to be answering phone calls from marketing or soliciting
or scamming callers.  Receiving multiple calls from 314-892-7610  Intertei, Inc.  Please help us stop these calls

Pushy representative asks us if this is Long Prairie Pharmacy (which was bought out and sold over 13 years ago). Then asks us for information regarding claims for people who do not exist in our database. We ask them to identify the patient by name and date of birth and they can't give us one. The caller asks us how far our database goes back, giving the impression that she has the correct information but the information is older. The person clams to be from CBCS and calls about two times a week. Do not give this person any information, I hope this caller goes to jail.
