I was  contacted last night by this number, they asked to whom they were speaking, I identified myself, and they proceeded to demand my social security number before they would identify themselves nor the reason for the call. I kept saying no social security number until they tell me who they are and why they are calling. I let them know I suspected they were a bill collector and had already spoken to someone this past week about my work situation, (nothing, no job), living situation,(homeless), and yet they continued to demand my social. I refuse to give that to anyone who does not tell me who they are or why they are calling. I worked as a bill collector and we were not allowed to ask for that information. It was considered illegal. Still is last time I checked. Until they let me know what they are calling for, and I have a right to investigate them, they are to cease and desist.

Calls several times, does not leave voice mail. Called back and received voice recording saying they are "Diversified Consultants" - a collection agency
