Missed call no message

Got a call from this number and they left no voicemail. Tried to call back and they were closed

Phone rings. I answer and a recording says please hold. I always hang up.
I have called back and automated attendant answers and puts you on hold

It is Sinex Services a bill collection company. They call u place u on hold or u answer and the phone goes dead. I called it back and a guy answered says his name was Phil and he is with Sinex Services and they are a debit collection company.

I answered, and the guy wanted me to confirm my birthdate so that he could tell me what he wanted.  I said no, and he was rude and hung up.

I had the same experience about them asking me my birthdate and when I refused they hung up.

Woman called asked to speak to Kelly but different last name than mine I said this is kelly but not thqt last name she asked for my birthdate I told her you called me u should have it when I would not give her my Dob she hung up

Same thing with the birthday. Very rude.

Do not give this place any information....their.last number was 314-925-9001. Very rude if you ask them who they are  .they are trying to hide something. At all costs avoid calls like this.

I answered the phone and they asked for my husband by first name only, the call came in on my cell number.  I told them that was my husband.  I asked what it was regarding and they said that they would tell me if I would give them my husbands date of  birth and how many years we have been married.  That made me question further.  He said he was from Syntex or something and he would call later and hung up.

Same as above, refused to give me any info about the company unless i gave personal information first,  maybe if i call you, not if you call me.

Got called from 314-925-1971.  When i answered they wanted personal information from me.  I said, "What is this regarding."  They said, "An unpaid bill."  I asked who the unpaid bill was from because I pay all my bills.  They said it was regarding "palpitations."  ok, so i went to a doctor years ago for a heart issue, but to my knowledge have paid everything that was sent.  They wanted a credit card number and they would discount the remainder owed.  I said, "Send me a bill and I'll pay it."  Weeks go by. Nothing comes in the mail.  Then i get a call from 314-925-9001.  I don't answer.  If they want me to pay a bill, they can mail me a copy of what is owed and why and then I will pay it.  They seem unwilling to do this.  I'm not giving out a credit card number over the phone to someone that doesn't verify who they are.

Wanting my address and date of birth. I would not give it to them, they hung up.

Call on I d. Called back, she mumbled something like sinex.  Ask to take a message. Was very rude and said we do not leave messages. We will call back.  Been getting lots of strange call.  Don't give personal information.

Reported to BBB, everyone else should too. Harassment is illegal per FCRA and they have to provide you with proof you owe anything, they haven't yet, although went through BBB. Sis complain to you're state attorney,

Called and wanted my personal information and I refused. They were very rude and said they were trying to collect a debt. I said from whom and they refused to answer me without me providing my personal information. I refused again. They said they had my address I said good for you so send me a bill. Lady got angry and hung up on me.

Just for a call from same number lady asked to speak to my boyfriend I asked who it was she says Katrina I said he's unavailable can I take a message she says no that's ok I'll call back need flash for her he don't get in phone and deff of you can't tell me who you are and who you are with . these people are dumb people use Google and Google tells everything.

Bill Collection Company. Don't answer it.
