Payday Scam called yesterday same recording but from 7025346084 today from this number contact FTC and baking division .

I keep getting calls from this phone number 314-925-5878.  saying that they are calling from a processing and summons department and they have 2 charges against me.  I looked up the phone number and I find out this is a Scam.  Contact the Attorney General, Federal Trade Commissions and banking division and report this.

Me too. Yesterday was the 702# and today was the 314# telling me the same story.  I kept calling the 702# yesterday asking for a mailing address or physical address of fax # and they rudely told me they didn't.  I kept calling many many times to piss them off and I finally got tired and stopped calling them.  They refuse to give any information.  Idiots, like who is going to say, "Yeah sure, here is my banking information. I was waiting for your call for 4 -5 years.".... Douche!!!!

Idiots called today, no information saying charges are going to be filed against me.  Like the previous poster, 2 fraud charges.. These people are such scam artists..don't give them any information.  Total BS.

I have gotten a call from this number as well as the one from 405 and 706 area code. Right before Christmas I got the same type of phone call as well. I'm guessing since it's income tax time they're starting it up again. SMH... Very sad that I'm sure they have gotten people to give them their information and they really have nothing pending against them. I know I dont.

I also received the same exact phone calls.  They are a bunch of scammers with nothing better to do.  FTC, IRS, FBI, several Attorney General offices and the local authorities have been contacted.  They are on their trail and their game will soon come to an end!  Let's see who they call when they are behind bars!

They also call from (603)296-2302.  No worries.  They will be shut down soon!
