Recorded message saying the IRS is getting  to file a lawsuit against me

I gave them money

received call said we have lawsuit against us from IRS and demanded money be paid to settle lawsuit.

Called number back just rings and after 25 rings women's voice on voice mail said leave a message after beep.. 315-215-1094

Total Scam. It is a sick world

Scam says it is the IRS

Definite scam using IRS as scare tactic.

Claiming to be with the IRS, threatened to come to my house at gun point to collect money and let me know there was a warranty out for my arrest.

I got the call from 530-888-9650 stating this was a final notice from the IRS that they were filing a lawsuit against me and that I should call this number 315-215-1094

We got the same call twice...the first one, the caller ID said private caller...the second call caller ID had phone #210 249-0549

Ditto. Voicemail said the IRS has filed a lawsuit against you.

It was an incoming call this morning. I make it a rule not to answer any calls that are not identified. I quickly google the number because I suspected it was a scam. I also label the number as Security Alert Scam. Usually they change to another number some other time and try again. I was scammed by phony contact pretending to be Apple computer the scammers were from India with US connection. The second time 3 months later they were trying again. They contacted my Job my cell and my land line. Apple told me they would never call. I went to Mac store and learned from that experience.

Dan Janev w/IAG Merger called (heavy Russian accent) asking for old owner of the company, then asked for the current one (did not provide), said that they are calling with a business proposal.
