Received a Voicemail message at 12:53 pm on 03 JUL 2018 from this number. Called did not identify self, but ask for a callback.  I called back at 14:08 and the individual who answered purported to be from the "Internal Revenue Department" - I asked, "Are you from the government?" Answer: "Yes." I hung up as the Internal Revenue Service of the United States Treasury contacts taxpayers by mail not by phone. This caller also got the IRS name wrong - "Service" not "Department" and lastly they spoke with a distinctly Indian (the subcontinent) English accent. This is an obvious scam - beware.
