7/25/18 12:05 PDT  Didn't answer since I don't know anyone in Syracuse, Utica area.  Most horribly recorded threat message regarding, I think, some sort of suit filed against me.  Sound cut in and out and garbled.  Deleting this time and if it happens again, will probably end up blocking.  Wish I knew why I seem to be the first to report many of these unwanted calls.

Could not understand the horribly garbled voice mail message. I suspect a scam call. Blocking this number.

Same as the other posters:  it sounded like a threatening spam call, but the recording was garbled.

It's a Robocall that leaves the following message:

"This matter is very serious emergency and time sensitive we are calling you from investigation team of I.R.S. We have just received another vacation regarding your tax filings from the headquarters which will get expired in next 24 working hours and once it get expired after that you will be taken under custody by the local police as there are 4 serious allegations pressed on your name at this moment we would request you to get back to us so that we can discuss about this case before taking any legal action against you the number to reach us is 315-215-3496 I repeat 315-215-3496 thank you."

They've called me numerous times. I'm still waiting to be arrested lol

As a 35 year veteran of IRS, IRS DOES NOT operate this way!  This is a scam call.

same happened to me and I didn't answer.  bizarre  statement that it was from the "mobile police force" but a Syracuse number - not Mobile AL

Robot call scam alert about i have 4 tax filing charges against me I have 24 hrs to reply back to them before they expire and I’m taken into custody for some kinda violations. It’s a scam.

I’ve had 4 violations and I’m still not arrested. Such a scam.
