    Called 3 times I picked up 4th couldn’t understand person (female) claim to be with a US agency couldn’t understand what she was say they hung up. When I tried calling # back. Recording stated number or code incorrect?

    Called 8 times in a 2.5 hour period. I did not answer until 7th call when I picked up and told them to never call again. I did not give them a chance to respond. They called yet again about 15 minutes later. I blocked the number.
