Calling with no answer.

Has called repeatedly this morning..Well before 845am...three (3) times in less than a hour..No message..Prank..Never leaves a message but loves to interrupt...Now, BLOCKED and REPORTED...

Called 3 times today in a very short period 5 min apart... Checked with 800notes and blocked it.

A follow up from my earlier post: They had called every couple of minutes before I totally blocked them. I'm on the Do Not Call List which does absolutely no good for the crook...This is absolute harassment and they have been reported!

Total scam. Said something about free government money. Hung up and blocked!

Has called atleast 10 times in the last 24 hours. Says something about free financial aid in a very thick Indian accent. I asked to be put on their "Do Not Call List" and he became very rude and said "That's impossible!". They've called 3 more times since then.

Keeps calling with no one on the other end. Called 5 times yesterday and 3
Times in the past 45 min!

keeps calling and cussing and saying vulgar things to me. told them to take me off the list and was told no he will never do that. they have called my phone 15 times in less then an hour

Calls from 3152154554 have been coming in for several days to our school district number.  Most of the time, there is no one on the line for a few seconds and then the call disconnects.  A couple of times, a man with a thick foreign accent talks but I can not even understand him.  This morning, the same thick accent voice called and I understood Finance Dept. United States.  I started to say this was a business phone and the call was disconnected.

This number has called me repeatedly since this morning 3/11/16. I have told them each time to stop calling, put me on the do not call list, and that I'm reporting them. Still calling me!

Keeps calling my phone about financial aid and cursing me out

This number called me out of the blue this morning at 10:15 A.M. and has continued every half hour. No one ever says anything, just hangs up after 4 seconds. I called the number back to see what the person/automated message wanted, but all I got was "Sorry, we are unable to connect your call, please try again later....goodbye.", and am disconnected.

They have been calling me three times for the past hour. I see I'm not the only one either. As mentioned by others, the call if the same. Nobody answers and then the call disconnects. So annoying.

They've called me 11 times today so far in the last 2 hours. I can't answer because of work but they won't stop.

How do you get these idiots to report? I have been asked several times, " why dont you want free money? I said, you can have it, he then said NOOO!!!! its yours take it, I said i have no arms to take it... He got upset and then said, buy new arms" lol (BTW, i have all my limps ;))

he pronounced my name wrong, like how wrong can you get with calling me " MO"!!

harassing  non understandable scammers who blow your phone up, waiting on a medical call and these clown have me on speed dail, if you try to call the number back it comes up a inactive number
