They called & hung up instead of leaving a voice mail.  Caller ID masked as "Private Name"…

Caller ID said "Member Rewards."

callerd id said member rewards.  no message left.

Caller ID said member services. Previous to this call, I have been receiving up to 10 calls a day from " private name". No messages left

Received a call from 315.285.0092. Caller ID: Member Rewards. Left no voicemail.

Received a call this morning from the number above.  The message left was for a home security system.  "We will completely protect you, your home, and your loved ones.  For a limited time we will pay for your equipment, installation as well as a life alert system" is close to what the caller, an enthusiastic woman, said.

On numbers like this that I don’t recognize, I pick up for only a split-second, and then hang up. Most telephone switches are configured to return a “fast busy” to the caller when you do this. It’s almost as effective as a “SIT Disconnected” recording.

As soon as I told the guy I already had a security system and was on the "Do Not Call List," the guy hung up on me.  This is a scam.

same as others...."you've won a home security system, press 1 to talk to a operator...etc"....I pressed 1 then let the caller listen to a .wav file recording on my computer saying "you're long distance call cannot be completed as dialed"....let's see how they like listening to annoying recordings!

Rec'd an unsolicirted call from this obviously CRIMINAL ENTERPRISE, apparently looking to sucker victims to pad their bottom line.  Caller id was spoofed to read 'member rewards'.  Reported to FTC/DNC and requested they prosecute for DNC violations... Suggest other FTC/DNC registered victims do likewise.  FTC complaint site is:

Yet another home security system scam.

Just signed up with Guardian Home protection and now I'm getting telemarketing calls?  Not pleased at all.  Dialing them now.

they are scammers looking to steal credit card information.

You will receive more calls, all from fake caller ID's like Card Srvc,  Member Services, Card Services, Bank Card Srvs. and  many many more. The number is always different, but generally, any number outside your calling area should raise red flags, expecially if is automated. Any telemarketing call that is automated is ILLEGAL.

The calls arent going to stop. NEver ever give out personal information over the phone. Never ever give out personal information over the phone. You have that right. Please warn others, especially the elderly and the gullible. Report the calls.

Caller ID said "Member Rewards" to get you to answer.  Bug me every hour of the day.  Wake my husband and I up. Total BS.  I wish the Gov. could regulate these calls more some how. :(  They can probe into every area of our lives but can't fix this.......Hmmmm

Received a call. Saw all the posts (thanks to all for the info) and did not answer.

As ususal, I didn't answer strange number from afar. No message left. Probably an inheritance from someone in India...:-)
