I received a call from this number saying its a call for my  computer (from windows ), they showed problems & also fixed it up. I never trust them so they gave me trial service first by remote sharing my computer & my comp started running faster. Google search is faster now in my comp. they scanned my comp.they charged me 300. I saw in google that computer scam is going on. But these guys provided me good service. However dont know  whether they are truely microsoft or not.

Claims to be a certified partner with Microsoft and says he sees errors on your computer etc...
Asks for access to the computer and in the end charges people/

I called MICROSOFT and they told me they don't sub-contract any work like this out.
If it were a legit MICROSOFT call, you would have had to contact their Tech Support line and had been given a Ticket Support Number, and paid for it up front with a credit card.

NEVER TRUST ANY CALLS that claim they can fix these so-called errors as long as you give access to the computer.

****I also called this Alex Wilson back and it sounds as if it is himself and his wife making these scams calls from his house. He also asked me if I was the President of Canada!

WHAT A DOUCHE!!!

The people I don't know whether they are from Microsoft or not provided my computer better services than the technicians who tell that they are the best. Before the conversation they told me clearly that they are the computer services provider. There were 3 local technicians who came and could not help me out with the actual computer problem. I don't know how did they know about this and called me and provided me a very good services I am satisfied with their work after every 15 days I get service call and my computer is working fine.

Looks like the same scammer who lost their caps lock key, made essentially the same fake post at

Sites like this must be making it harder for these crooks to commit crimes. Nice to know!

I like how there are multiple posts with the same wording and spelling saying the same things.

That's how you know that they are total SCAMMERS!
