I received a call that told me I was qualified to receive $7,000.  I was to call the 315-285-4729 number to collect my money.  When I called them I was told I needed to go to the nearest Money Gram Store and call this number back before I went in.  They would walk me through the procedure.  I only had to send them over $200 to get the funds released.  Obviously this is a scam call.

Scam--tells me I qualified for a $7000 grant from the United States grant department.  Told me to call 315-285-4729...go to MoneyGram store.... send them $300 to collect my free $7000.  They purport to be calling as a representative of the Federal Government

No one who sends money to these scammers EVER gets their money back.  Originates in India and Pakistan .  The loan/grant scam has been around for awhile.  Don't fall for it.

They wanted $230 from me lol!price to scam came up lol!

Same people just called me today, called the number and I didn't give out any of my information. Was told to Call Anna at the treasury dept. called her and she said she would call me back in ten minutes seems like a scam!!! & after seeing your comments I will not be answering the call. My only question is how did they get my info to call me in the first place?!

This is a scam. It has scam written all over it. All they want is your money. Don't do it. I gave them a hard time and then THEY hung up one me, (and that was fun)

They have called three times in the last 3 months. They are getting sloppy.

I don't know how these people got all my information and called me they knew my address ext...

I just received a call and was told to contact Anna but I thought it best to search on line for more info and I'm glad I did. It's incredible how many scams are out there these days. I feel sorry for those poor people that fell for this or any scams. Thanks for all respondents to this forum for telling your story!

I got a call today from this number her name is Anna Scott she tried to get me to send her $239 you don't have to give money to get money from the government you also have to apply for a grant so I know it was bullcrap.she said I qualify for $7,000 because I paid my taxes and no criminal record.

They told me it was $9000! hahaha the amount is going up. Whooo. hahaha Of course its a scam, I never called the number they wanted.

So I got call today from 202 240 0000 number about I got selected to win money from the treasure department.it is a joke.So I went a long with the person.very basic English ,no skills to talk with the people to convince .So he say his name was Christopher John and the treasure supervisor name is Adam Foster and I need to call this number to get directions how to get my "money" 315 2854729.First my phone is on "do not call list" ,so was wondering if anyone who got the call is a Sprit costumer because if it is I know how to find how they  are getting our information?

This crap is ridiculous they actually called me and tried to make me believe that I was being awarded $9000 from the government and that the whole purpose of people like me being chosen is that we can use the money to pay off debt or anything that may be owing.
He gave me an ID Number and wanted me to call (315) 285-4729 and ask for Anna Fcott, LMFAO! Anyways I didn't so I knew it was some kind of scam until I typed the number into google, LOL!

They called me and told me i can get 9000 grant . and i was almost bout to do but i caught on so i refused and he got mad and started to hell at me and ketp calling my phone

I received a call from 315-285-4729 requesting I send money through Western union. Tracking # is 712-245-5229

Lol. I just received the same exact call, about 9000.00. Told me to cb 315-285-4729. But I guessed they"fired" Anna bc he told me to ask for Lia Lusher!!!! Clowns

I just received the same call from 202-243-000. Same story $9,000 from Uncle Sam for being a good citizen, paying my taxes, no bankruptcy and a clean criminal record. Anna Scott was rehired b/c that is who I was supposed to call. I did not call nor will I.
