I'm sure this is yet another spam/scam call.  It seems like the phone rings with fake solicitations and 'power companies' wanting to lower your rates more than actual legitimate calls.  

Does anyone know what this is?

This number keeps calling me and I feel as if I am constantly being harassed!!!!

Idiots called me right before noon, didn't leave a message, they just hung up when I let the answering machine pick up.

They keep calling trying to sell you electric or gas. I asked them to stop calling and they hang up !

this number keeps calling me and when I question them about who they represent they hang up on me!

Received two calls today.  When I pick up they just hang up without a word.  I am on the Do No Call list.   How do you get rid of these people?

This company calls several times a day, a recorded message.  If you call this number, no one answers or they hang up on you without saying anything.  It is an energy company, probably the one that took my last name from the mailbox, made up a first name and sent a bill to the phony name.  Probably also the one that goes door to door pretending to be from Con Edison

I'm on the (utterly useless) national do-not-call list.   This number called me 3 times over the last two days.   Dead air.   All reported to:

they are choice one communications, which though the number is ny, they are not located in nys. they are registered with an anonymous agent in nyc.  which is an office with an operator.  notice the ceo is in georgia

Got this call two minutes ago. Rang once and hung up. They called last Friday and left no message. The name comes up as simply as Retention Department. RD of what, I don't know.  :)

they call and hang up.   where does that get them.  they must work on a commission as to how many calls they make a day.

Idiots called me yet again today, phone rang once, then they called right back and it rang twice, which displayed their caller ID info.  Didn't recognize the number, who knows what these losers want.

They are calling my phone every day and hang up. Never liave a message. I believe thisi is scam.

I got many calls from different "electric companies" trying to change my electric rate by changing electricity carrier, asking many, much to many questions conecting to different agents, very fishy. Today I got call from (315) 285 9930. I asked  if they represent any electric company the replied "they only wanted inform me what kind of discount I can get. when I went to get my electric bill they hang up on me.

i too got a call from retention and that same 3152859930 number.  i'm just glad i wasn't on a call and decided to click them in.  i wasn't home but no. remained on my phone.

Useless "basterds" keep calling and never respond on pick-up!

I I keep getting calls from this number everyday and they hang up. At least twice a day.

This number calls me at least twice a day! I am not interested in their business.
