Called my cell early this a.m. asking for me by my maiden name. Cell phones are in my husbands name.,told me there is a legal matter and to call 866 620 0824. Not calling anyone as this is a crazy scam...

Robo call by a "process server". Hung up blocked #.

Recieved same call but by recorded call..
Hung up and blocked  #

got a voicemail saying I was being summoned for legal matters with court. was an authentic sounding robot but at the end of the voicemail it said or press #1 now and ended the call. and I assure you, theres absolutely zero reason I would be called to court like this.

Process server called stating she was serving me with papers but if I want to settle I can call 877 505 5081 and they will take a payment rather than go to court. What a joke. Hung up. Threatened to come to my job. I asked where do I work she couldn't answer lol ...SCAM

Called and said smb processors and to call 877 505 5081 regarding a legal complaint . given a file number but when I called I couldn't get the woman Taylor to tell me anything other than I owe money!!  Said it also has penalties and interest. When I said im not paying unless you can send me a document from somewhere she threatned legal action including fines.

Scumbag scammer's trying to scare people into saying or paying bull crap stuff..if it were a true summons there are procedures in place to for proper legal service and they would of Identified themselves immediately .. scumbag's... plus if it were a real court issue they would of said and Identified themselves as such... scumbag's..
