I received a call from 315-308-4993 (NY area code) and spoke to a Kevin Bachman.  He told me his number was 778-865-5499 (a canadian area code).  He said that I won 550,000 as a yearly jackpot for making donations in the past.  He wanted me to send $1200 to cover clearance documents.  When I questioned the validity of this phone call, he put me on hold for a moment and came back with another phone number, 778-829-6741.  That led me to this scam page when I googled it.  Thank you everyone for taking the time to post your experiences, so others do not fall victim to this scam.

i have been getting a call from the same number from past 4 days and the person says that i made an order for food nd stuff..

Add these numbers to the list, along with another name.  Daniel Sorrell.  778-321-3967  They also claimed they were from Publishers Clearing House.  Same dollar amount 650k

I JUST RECEIVED A CALL FROM NUMBER 778-321-3967 ON MY CELL VOICEMAIL. THEY ALSO STATED I HAD WON SOME MONEY AND TO CALL BACK TO MAKE MY CLAIM. YEAH RIGHT, I HAVE NOT ENTERED ANYTHING!!!  SCAM!!!!!!  I JUST DELETED IT FROM MY PHONE....
