I received a call from 315 308-8032, and heard immediately what sounded like a phone room, lots of people speaking in the background in Indian accents and a man with a thick Indian accent said lots that I didn't understand but I caught that he was saying he was "officer so and so from the IRS" he asked me for my name and other information "in order to locate my file".  I told him that I preferred to confirm that he was indeed with the IRS before giving him any of my information, I asked him for his name and told him that I would call the IRS and ask for him and would be happy to provide information if his inquiry was legit - he then said "I will just send the police to your home, ok?"  and then hung up on me.  I Don't know what these people are up to, but I'm pretty sure whatever it is, it will fall into the category of "scam attempt".

shows on caller ID as Francine Bivins never anyone on the other You get a recording claiming to be IRS.  Wish there was some way to stop these calls. This is the 3rd one in a weeks time
