Keeps leaving recorded voicemail messages daily now, cant ever understand and when have answered told they would like to settle school loan after telling them I've NEVER had school loans please quit calling gets disconnected.But still keep calling also think (didn't save)have received same exact recorded voicemail just from different # coming up with my area code and always shows as spam/high risk through my caller id.

Dev, do yourself a favor and block the number. If you don't already have one, consider getting a call blocker for your landline and a call blocking app for your cell.  Most carriers offer some call blocking and most phones have some call blocking built in.  By answering or talking to these scammers, you tell them that you are an active number.  Since they are robo dialed, you'll just keep getting calls.  The whole thing is a scam.  You can read about it here:
