Robot call. Very poor English.

This man, if you want to call him a man, keeps calling and always ask for someone else. I told him that fellow is no longer here but he keeps calling.

I had a call from this number.  I didn't answer, no message left.  I blocked it.  ID said SYRACUSE NY
