same thing. Received a call and no message left.

First in morning I got a call from 585-645-0774  (NY USA), asking for a male name I do not know. When I told them wrong number, the male on the phone demanded to know who I was. I said I would not tel him they called me. He became angry and said we have your number. I hung up and blocked the number.
At 5:42 PM I got a call from 315-628-4106
internet search of this number shows below information. I did not answer they did not leave message. When I called it back it,
a recording says it is not in service.

Do not call.

Same old crap. More ass wipes doing their same ole schtick. Call many times a day...different numbers each time...blah blah blah. Never changes. Just let it ring.

I received a call (on my home phone, a land line) from 315-628-4106 at 12:45pm on January 9, 2015.  Since I did not recognize it, I let it go to voice mail.  The caller did not leave a message.

I called the number back - within ten minutes of the call.  The phone just rang and rang - several times - never going to voice mail.  

I assume the caller was some type of solicitor, but I do not have proof of this.

Caller ID: Scott Draper,  multiple calls a day for the past five days with no voice mail, when answered the phone hangs up. Tired of these non sense calls trying to block the number now!

I've gotten calls from this number for several weeks,  and 5 calls within the last hour. No help from my phone company.
