this number called me repeatedly.   I would hang up, and they would call right back.  When we did speak the lady insulted me and acted like I had a problem with my phone!  Then she told me I was having two claims filed against me, one for maliciously avoiding a payment, and for not paying.  I told her I had a bankruptcy.  Then she pretended to look it up, and said that it did not matter.  That they have the right not to be a part of a bankruptcy filing and that they would serve process on me at my home by the local sheriff.  I told her to go ahead!!

Is this company for real? Should I give my info?

No you should not give any information. Hang up on them, block them if you have a way to block them. If you dont, look into getting a call blocking device or phone.  I just looked up the name listed and these are attorneys in Capitol Hill. In short, its not unusual for extortion scammers to use and abuse real attorney and law firms names.  They hope when you look it up you won't go any further then the google page and not investigate what type of Attorneys they actually are.  And if the attorney is collecting a debt, they must be licensed as such.
