called and did not leave message - 317 is central Indiana and I do not have any business dealings with anyone in central Indiana

got a call also, who/where are they ?

Not a clue as to who this might be. I know no one in this area code.

Called left no message. I called the number back and the number was no longer in service or been disconnected. I called like 10 mins after I received the call. I usually don't call numbers back but I have a friend that lives in Indiana and thought he got his number changed.  

Answered the call on my mobile phone from 317-936-3148, but there was no reply. Is it possible that mobile companies set these automatic calls the exhaust our minutes?

This is a credit card scam. Received a call on my cell phone. When I answered, a computer told me this was my second and last chance to remedy a problem with my credit card account. My credit cards are with reputable banks, which do not call to offer to "fix" my accounts.

They are trying to "fix" credit card debt, but I would not trust them AT ALL. The first time I got one of these calls, I wanted to ask how they got my number to call, but the representitive was rude and hung up on me since I "do not qualify and should have pressed 3" to delete my number from their database- but this was from a different number (I think it was a Maine or Maryland number that time).
This time I asked again, and the rep apparently "does not possess that information" on how my number was obtained OR what company this call is for.
