fyi yall, this is possibly not a scammer but united health insurance texting a code for 2fa login. either someone is trying to break into your uhc/oxford acct or there's a number mix-up in their client records. guess it could be scammer spoofing the number too but this method of scam by just texting a code would make no sense.

im getting the same idea. If they can get access to your screen, they might see you puting a credit card number, when making a payment

Called and left no message. Scary!

OMG! You have one of those scary thingies that makes a ringing sound??!!

Received five text messages from 318-935-0777: “Your one-time access code is: *******”. They each contained a 2FA code that were unrequested. Suspected spam. Block and delete the number, report it, and do not reply.

I got to texts with some hsid codes

If its UHC  I do not know - about this number. For how many years I have never been able to access my account over the internet at UHC - It always wrote error including getting help to fix it. Then after unknown number of years I get a text message that my account is locked on Nov 17th finally I get a reason when I try for it happening. recently it wrote this phone number 13189350777. However I was getting phone calls asking for me I do not remember how long ago and give them my birth date about give them my prescription I always told them I do not have one just too often what good are they if I can not tell them and get help and possibly go wrong

Users can select Call Me as the verification method and will receive a call from Optum. Users will need to enter the verification code that is shown on the phone screen.
If a user doesn't receive their access code, they can:
Check their junk mail

Select Resend Email
Select Shall we call you again if they don't receive a call with a code
Users can also retrieve their One Healthcare ID by verifying their identity using a secondary email address, security questions, or text message.
