The oriental person identified the self as Bobby Brown, asked if this was my cell number, refused to tell me which company they were with and kept asking if this was my cell phone. They then told me: "Please hold on, I have an important call for you."

Original person confirmed my name and transferred me to Travon Jackson, they had the last four digits of my social security number and asked me to confirm.  When I inquired what it was in regard to, he said his client had a document.  I told him to send me a letter and he said his client would move forward and hung up.

This is a debt collector calling from China with a terrible connection. They also called from 1 316-712-6994

They asked for me, said that they had an important message, then transferred me to another individual.  I was first greeted by a woman with a Hispanic accent, then by a man with a middle eastern accent.  And neither could pronounce my name correctly.  Their phone number on caller ID was 319-237-7279.  Called at 2:57 pm.
