Called me while at work. I only accept calls from my wife while at work. Left no message.

It is a telemarketer with Academic Advising, some of the site that you go on to have a checked box for education information. If you forget to un check this box these people will call you several times a day for a while.... until you get tired of them and answer their call and tell them to take you off the list..

can i sue for harassment?

If you can find their address, you need to send them a Cease and Desist letter via USPS, Return Receipt. Then you would be able to sue them  However, I cannot find the name of the company online.  Your callers are criminal, and have no desire to found.  Just block the calls, if you can.  Do not answer calls from numbers that you don't recognize.
