Midland Credit Manangement is who it appears to be.

They called my cell # and did not leave a message. I called this number back, they said their company was "Midland Credit Management".  I advised that their call was unsolicited and not to call again.

I've been receiving calls from Midland credit management for a months. I've blocked number after number after number. I owe nobody nothing and my credit has been fantastic for years. I am currently on nightshift and only get so much sleep a day. They woke me up 3 days in a row now. Finally i called them at their consumer center and very very sternly told them that I don't owe anyone uncollected debts and to quit calling my phone. They are robocalling and my number isn't even in their system according to the lady I spoke to. I told them that they are harassing me and by waking me daily putting the safety of myself and my crew at risk. I told them that it is against the law to continue harassing me with robocalls and that I am fully aware that it is my right to take legal action against their company and I will if the calls continue. The woman I spoke to seemed bewildered but promised I would receive no more calls. We will see what happens.
