We are making payments on this bill that should have never gone to collections in the first place because the clinic put monthly payment towards only two of our patient accounts instead of all three of them like they stated they would, so they sent the one account to collections.  Mid Minnesota Management Services (aka Collection Resources) call us over and over again every single day and they always call us at work.  They have lied saying that I told them things that I never even said and when I called her on it, she said that she doesn't want to argue with me!  They threatened to ruin our credit score and also threatened to take us to court.  I should have recorded the phone calls!  They told me that I am not a responsible parent and harassed us numerous times.  These are all under FDCPA as big no no's!  I am filing a complaint at BBB and MN Dept. of Commerce.  They can add it to the list of other complaints they have received...

No idea who this is; just got a call from an automated message saying that it was an important business call and a personal matter. when it asked me to "please not hang up because this is an important personal matter" I hung up. This is an obvious lie.

It started about a week ago when this number called and when I answered it, an automated voice asked me to wait for the next available representative. I 'assumed' it was a solicitor, so I hung up. Since then, they have called about 5 more times and I refuse to answer this call to be told to wait to speak to somebody.

If it was important, they would leave a message. If it was a reputable business, they would leave a message.

Repeated calls made to my cell phone every day with no message. When you call back, sometimes someone answers who refuses to remove your name from their list and hangs up or an automated person answers asking if you have diabetic nerve pain and once you answer no, the call is disconnected.  I do not want these calls being made to my cell phone again 806 789 8800

i got a call from 302 257 5926, you answer, they hang up, so I just simply blocked the number on my phone.  You can download this app You mail and block all those unwanted calls.  If you call and the phone rings when I answer, do you really think im going to wait to see who it is on the other end.  Get You Life!!!!

Called me, left a recorded message saying this is important - please hold...played music - please continue to hold - more music - please continue to hold more music - hung up without stating what they want.

This is a collection agency- by law they can call until 9 pm, the reason they don't leave messages is because they don't want people knowing you're in collections.

I received a call over my daughter's "medical bills" per the woman on the phone. She said I was responsible but I told her that my daughter's medical bills and insurance are handled by her mother per our custody arrangement.  I pay the co-pay for the appointments I take her to and I split the bills for appointments we agree on. She said that she talked to the mother and the mother said it was my responsibility and she wanted to have me settle up. The court documentation says we have joint custody, I pay the child support and the mother provides insurance through her husband's family insurance plan (2 adults, 6 dependents). She just reiterated that the mother said I was responsible and was going to pursue me. I had never heard about this bill before the phone call. A collection agency can pursue someone else to settle up because the person whose name is on the bill referred them? Is that even legal?

Is that a case of, "I realize your name isn't on the bill but the person whose name is on the bill said we should talk to you instead and gave us your number so now you have to pay it"?

Keep calling my phone, won't leave a message and when I tell them I don't know the person they are looking for, they still keep calling!!

I have been receiving phone calls from this number on my cell phone, when I answer it they hang up never a message if I don't answer.  I have no idea how they are.  The area code is from central MN.  

this number keeps calling me and wont tell me who they are or why they are calling but kept insisting that they speak with "hannah" when I said they have the wrong number the lady said "Hmm i don't think so" so i hung up...

They calles me at 830pm!!!! And are very rude!!!!!

Unsecured credit collection agency. When they asked if said person worked at the number he called, I told him that wasn't information he was cleared to have. Suck it up, buttercup.

Won't leave message blocked calls.

Received a long voice mail message that asked for a specified person, if I wasn't that person to hang up, if I didn't hang up that must mean that I am the specified person, that I should go to a private place to listen to the message and would be given three seconds to comply, then the caller gave her name, "Peggy" and that she was attempting to collect on a debt (but made no indication what debt this was for or the amount attempting to be recovered).

Just because a voice on the telephone claims you owe a debt does not mean you owe it
If a voice on the telephone claims you owe a debt:

1.    Demand the person give you his or her name, company name, and address
2.     Demand a debt validation letter by US mail.  E-mail no good.
3.    Do not pay  the collection agent or anyone else a  DIME  until the debt is validated.

It's obvious the collection agent is not interested in the legality of the situation, he or she just wants money.

ID themselves as Mid Minnesota Management.  Won't admit to being a debt collector, the lady I talked to said "they do all kinds of things".  Right.
