We would just like to take a minute to express our gratitude that shills and scammers make it so easy to spot them!

I received a call from these people and I gave them 150 the other day and then there taking another 1000 in the next month so what should I do about this if this is such a scam they told me I was going to court that they are submitting paper work against me for a payday loan that was back in 2009

Don't give them another dime!

Simply stop payng them.   If you have an arrangement where they take money out of the bank, tell the bank to cancel your account and tell them that you've been defrauded.  Maybe they can reverse the transaction.

If there is a valid debt then they must send you a debt validation letter and it must be by US mail.   E-mail no good.  

Report the matter to the local police.   Also report the matter to your local attorney general.

If you don't take action now, they or someone else will simply keep on bleeding you!

Be aware they are using texting tactics also. DO NOT RESPOND!   They send a garbled text, hoping you reply.  When you do they know it's a good number to prey on!  Use the blocking feature in your cell.
