Cardholder Services using a new number to get around Nomorobo and everybody's call blocking..................

Ok, add 321 area code to the 305, 360, and 407 area codes, not to forget the 941 area code. Wonder what network supplies these numbers? APAC, Convergys, Convergent, Ocwen, Comcast, credit card services scams.

Scammers. They called the wrong person. In my position all incoming calls are traced and not by "Spoof Caller ID" numbers. The agency will be sending a team to visit them.

robocall from 321-209-6988 caller ID said "CONSUMER SVCS" on Wednesday 07-02-14 @ 1248 PM.

Pre-recorded message from "Bridgett" from Card Holder Services wanting to lower my Interest on my Credit Cards.
Press 1 to talk to a representative or 3 to be removed.
Pressed 1 and a female came on the line asking "are you responding to lowering your Interest."
GOTTA LOVE THAT LINE
I told her "Yes I am you expletive, expletive expletive and then blew the "SCAMMER HORN".
Then a few more expletives to her with more of the "SCAMMER HORN" until I got the disconnected sound.

That's a good one, I'm sure MILLIONS of people feel that way! Unfortunately there are STILL people that have not been clued in to these card service scammers yet, or this would not continue from year to year. Those of us who are aware of these lowlifes have an obligation to spread the word about these creatures to our friends and relatives. Only when the scammer's sources of revenue are cut off, will these annoying calls come to an end.

I was getting 3-4 calls a day from "Carmen" at Credit Card Services number 310-533-0717 for almost 3 weeks. Finally yesterday  I answered. 1st call I pressed one, connected to live female body. I asked "what company am I speaking with, please?" They hung up on me. 2nd call 2 hours later. Again I pressed 1, connected to a live male body.  I stated "hello, I know you are just doing your job, but is there any way I might be removed from your list? I'm getting 3-4 calls daily & don't need your service."  He asked "do you carry any balances on your credit cards?"  I said "one card and no." He responded "you're in good shape then, we'll take you out of our data base."  Amazingly no calls from this number all morning today. Then this PM a call from THIS number, now it's Brigit telling me it's my final notice for credit services assistance. I answered, pressed 1 - & was disconnected. So apparently I am still on their "call" roster but have been removed from the "sell to this person" list. Agghhhhh. I would love to get NomoRobo but ATT landline service doesn't have it.

I've getting this call from this number (Consumer SVCS) almost everyday but we don't answer our land line so all the calls go directly to voicemail. It's getting really annonying listening to these call and unfortunately we can't stop them from calling.

Yes, my complaint was about received calls from area codes mentioned from the card services scammers. You know The Bridgett, Carmen, Heather, Carmen, calls? Do you have a list of area codes relating to credit card services calls? Your list here seems to cover many types of scam calls and doesn't show any of the related area codes. Received the call at 1:56pm but just saw the phone call - it is now after  9:15PM.
We have (and have had) the ENTIRE 321 AREA CODE BLOCKED.  
When a blocked call comes in, our phones do not ring - not even once.

Please purchase a call blocking phone or blocking device - they work and they are inexpensive.
We have also received calls from 586 231-3657 - also consumer svcs.  This area code is also blocked.

file complaint.  these people call and call and call, even when asked to stop.  they just change numbers, but its the same message and they call 2-3 a day.  if you ask to speak with someone (dial #1), you are disconnected.  I've blocked other numbers but I'm getting really fed up!  They are "cardmember services" saying its my "final notice" to lower my interest rate!  

I bought a coaches whistle and  it is a kick giving them a blast when they call.

The card service scammers are also known as the "ish" creatures, those type that nobody cares to be around, talk to, or certainly not get close enough to touch. They are truly disgusting and revolting.

unwanted credit card scam call

I have received a number of calls from this number -- 321-209-6988 -- and I am really tired getting them.  They always start out that they have reviewed my account -- which I know they have NOT -- and then go forward with their spiel.  I feel badly about anyone getting these calls who may not understand that there is an ulterior motive to the call and they are not there to help anyone but themselves.  I have clicked the number which takes me to a person and I have said "take me off your list" but of course they hang up immediately.  I have consistently pressed #3 to have the calls stopped and, again, nothing happens.

Yep, good old credit card services and or consumer services.
today there were 2 calls from 321 209 6988  of course no message left. one all at 10:25 a.m. the other at 5;06 p.m.
So you can add that area code/number to who ever is making a list.
