WARNING--BEWARE!!  These callers are   B I G   credit card criminals, known as the card service scammers! Under no circumstances, give your credit card number to these lowlifes, or you will regret it forever!

They call several times a day with a recorded message that varies, today it was "if you have suffered a slip and fall accident"   Blocking them.

I don't understand how this can be allowed - the most vile person ever! I hung up and he called again. I put the number on my new call-block - the third time he called back the call was intercepted and did not ring the phone. A miracle of technology - I now have it in my Panasonic phone, my VoIP telephone and it all works!!!

They've gone from reducing credit card rates to now trying to scam the elderly with some bogus product that doesn't exist.

This time a gentleman was on the other end of the phone. I very politely told him that I hope he contracts ebola to the point that his tits fall off. He replied "I don't have tits, [***]". Same stuff we've been dealing with for years with no end in sight.

I called Morgan and Morgan, for the people:   "  What is the name of the company?   Since you do not know the name of the company there is nothing we can do for you. "   CLICK.

Since you can not determine who is call  I can not help but to wonder who Morgan and Morgan is for.

The card service scammers   WILL   'service' our credit cards,   BUT,   when they finish 'servicing' them, they will have NO available credit remaining! People that are fooled into having their cards 'serviced' will be charged a MINIMUM of $795.00, and many times the ENTIRE amount remaining on the card. The card service scammers are a disgusting group of degenerates, who prey mainly on the low income, and the elderly, but will cheat anyone that they can!

Card Services and the ex-ACORN workers plying the usual phone scam for "medical alert device". Spoofed number. They also call from 312-216-0879, 321-209-6393 and about 2 dozen other numbers. you can thank Ms. Kim Coarse for the current crop of criminal activity, the government was nice enough to arrest her and then let her off with a small fine and a slap on the wrist for running a telemarketing boiler room that makes these calls and now her crew is back at it again. Enter the phone number 406-980-2030 at 800notes here and read the more than several pages about this woman and her spawn, including a bunch of boo-hoo bull$hit as a dramatic response from her. She and her partners should be waterboarded until they get right down the line and collect the info needed to arrest ALL of these domestic terrorist/criminals and put a stop to this $hit. AND why is there no category below for "CRIMINAL" or "SCAMMER" ? ISN"T that what this whole site is about?

The group working this number is branching out.  They seem to have moved on from the infamous "financial stimulus" scam to senior scams of the you-don't-want-to-fall-and-be-left-lying-on-the-floor variety.  When I answered, the recording was mid-sentence talking about the high "number of hospital admissions"--presumably going to launch into how they're offering a free medical alert system.  I tried to hang up after that intro, but the call ALSO hijacked my telephone line and wouldn't release it for me to make other calls for about 15-30 seconds:  not until it's recorded spiel had finished playing out to the bitter end.

(All 321 area code numbers automatically go to voicemail on my Ooma system.  I report every one of these scam calls.)

message about getting a FREE medical alert system .....press 1 to talk to rep or 9 to be removed.
pressed 1 and new recording said "You are the 2nd caller in line waiting for a representative".
The the phone clicked and someone was on line but did not say anything.
So I asked them "How are you doing you mxxxxx fxxxxxx SCAMMER".
Then I immediately started the SCAMMER AIR HORN at full blast.
The disconnect sound commenced very quickly.

HEADS UP - THEY ARE ALSO USING A 2ND NUMBER TODAY!

My phone showed the caller to be CONSUMER SVCS and I got a prerecorded message about a medical alert system.  Two hours later I got another call from CONSUMER SVCS for lowering my credit card rates, but the number was 605-202-3001.  You might want to block both numbers.

I said  "Hi you mxxxxx fxxxxxx SCAMMER" and I immediately started the "SCAMMER AIR HORN" at full blast.
Male SCAMMER hung up quickly

Call daily with different number, but the same massage.

Have them quit calling me.

321-209-7122 calls my me several times every single day!!!
i finally hung on the phone for an operator to speak to someone requesting my number be removed from their calling list. the [***] hung up in my face!!! i wish i knew how and who to report them to. it is never wrecking receiving these calls from 8 am to 9 pm every single day!
