Keep calling my phone threatening civil lawsuit is about to be filed with no other details. Also stating I need to call them and verify my name and place of employment. How are they filing a lawsuit without that info already verified

Mark Allen contacted me and left a message saying "  Whoever attempted to verify your address and what is your employment to provide you with information about this time please attempts.  Says civil lawsuit as well...

This number keeps calling me demanding that another person contact them back as they have a complaint pending against them. They say that it's verified that my address and name coincides with this person residing with me. They go on to say if he does not reside with me that he needs to call them and update his information. Then it continues saying that at this time he is scheduled to be "located" at my address unless otherwise notified. No company, no name, no identifying information at all. I've owned the house since it was built and have never heard of this person, my name isn't even the same last name! This reeks of scam!

Someone named Mark Allen keeps calling threatening to serve me with legal papers
