For a court docket in Arkansas..  Person who called was Amanda..

I received a call from a restricted number. I asked for his phone number and name he wouldn't give me his name. Said I should have received a 129 letter??? Told me there were 3 pending charges being filed against me in my county. His number is 321-209-8442 ext 304. Contacted my local police dept and it's a SCAM of course

This number called my work, my cell, and my parents' house.  The person said her name is Nicky Harlow and she's with Legal Outsourcing.  She said that there is a case against me and gave a docket number.  Haven't called the number back...sounds like a scam to me.

Received a call from Dave Baines Jail and Associates. He transferred me to Alex Fisher after asking for my attorney's name and number. He transferred the call after I told him. to a supervisor Alex Fisher. at ex 302. He said there were 3 warrants pending in my county. I told him I checked and this was not the case. He then said that his firm did mediation to help in the collection of the loan and it was up to the loan place to file the charges. He claimed I received a payday loan with fast cash for 3-5 hundred dollars from Jan to March 2013 and never paid it back. After checking additional information he said he was going to send the claim back to the loan company.

I just got a call from Nikki Harlow from Legal Outsorcing. 321-209-8442. She said that she was going to file against me in my county and gave a docket number. I really wish these scammers would leave me alone.

Got the same message from a gentleman stating he had court papers to file against me if I didn't call back.  He makes the third different person to call with the same message.  Total scam.  My attorney advised to keep records on the dates and times they call and keep voice messages.

I got a call from someone named Nikki Harlow saying I needed to call back immediately cause charges were being filed against me and that they were going to file I've received these phone calls before it's a total scam you look up the number and it doesn't even go to an actual company its just their way of trying to scare people into giving money. Last time I checked you don't get a phone call from an anonymous number saying charges are being filed against you last time I checked you get served by a constable.

When i got to work last night I was given a message to call Alex at 321-209-8442 x 303. They did not leave any other information.

Glad i found others have also been called by these scammers.

Just got a call from an from a private number. The person left a message. She said her name was Amanda Allen from Legal Outsourcing. That charges were going to be against in my county for a pending matter. Told me that if this was a mistake, to give her a call at 321.209.8442 and left some docket number. Told me to "govern myself accordingly " and hung up! You already know it is a mistake. And why call private if you're a real company! I'm not falling for it!

Called my office and cell number (private caller) left message stating that she was legal outsourcing...saying that I have a pending case in a different county(where I used to live..over 2 yrs ago) saying that if this was a mistake to call her back immediately at number 321-209-8442 ext. 305. Saying that I have been officially notified. If you were a real company...then you woukd call from a real number. I don't have time for scammers

Received a call at my office and personal cell phone from Nikki Harlow 786-618-3227 x 302, stating that I had a pending docket in said county, and I needed to contact her immediately.  She also said you have officially been notified, to govern myself accordingly.  I know this is  a scam but figured I would share the information.

Got the same call as Steve did. "Amanda" was from Legal Outsourcing same call back number. Came up no caller ID on my cell phone and anonymous on my work phone. She also called my sister, husband and ex husband. Telling me I had been notified, to govern myself accordingly.  I knew it was a scam but how she got my sister and ex husbands number (who I haven't been married to in 18 years) really had me scared. I guess I better keep an eye on my bank and credit. She had way too much information.

The "govern myself accordingly " crowd strikes again.  Same old bunch of white collar criminals that go around calling people up and threatening them, trying to get money on questionable or non-existent debts.  Ignore them and block their calls. Total scammers.

Some Brian McCannon call me for some complain that somebody put on me. When I call back at 321-209-8442, no answer. For me it's scam. In Florida (Orlando in this case) many people try to make easy money threatening others. F*** them self.

A david bains called a relative that I havent talked to in over 20 years and said if I didn't call 727-469-7287 ext.304 he would be forced to file an arrest warrant for me. Really dude file it then
