Yes, it was preceded by a health survey on live action claims on various pharmaceuticals.  I refused  to give them my credit card number and they basically kept talking me in circles. If this was legit why wouldn't they just accept my refusal and move on. I called the 1 888 272 5027 and the answering service said they were "Savings to Go" whereas the representative James job # 92051 told me their company name was "Blue Savings" This is a scam for sure. I usually do not answer these calls but this one keeps appearing on my phone. How do I block these calls?

The very best way to block this and all of the other spam calls is to buy a Pro Call Blocker on ebay.  It runs around $30, depending on who sells it and you can then block up to 1200 calls.  My Panasonic Cordless phone would only block 30 & I would get that many in a week!  This unit doesn't even require batteries.  it runs on the power from the phone line.
