Ask caller to stop calling many times . and also told them we are on th do not call list....yeah like that works!!!!

This is not scam.. If you suffer from any side effect of medication or surgery,  you must be have compensation in thousands.. when we never ask for a single cent.  How can you tell us SCAM... If you are true at  your side prove it please.... But as you receive too many calls you cant blame to anybody like your statement without proof.

It is a scam.

1.  People are claiming that company is making unsolicited advertising/ telemarketing calls.  Such calls violate the Do Not Call list laws in the USA, if the recipient has registered for the DNC list.

2.  The Domain Name for your site  was created on 11/8/2013.  Not very long ago, was it?  
-- This domain is protected by a privacy service, so we don't see the real registrant name. Not very professional!
-- Domain expires on 11/8/2014.  Which means the registrant does not expect it to last very long.

3.  The "fine print" at the site contains this:
"Important Notes: Certain States may consider this attorney advertising. Not valid in all states. TortLawteam.com is an advertising group"

So, you admit you are an ADVERTISING GROUP rather than a medical or legal group, hmmm?

How much do you get paid for shilling for that ADVERTISING GROUP?
