I got a phone call from this person today, telling me that they are Peaks collection service or whatever and that I was going to court and so on and so on and so on. Its not the first time that I received a phone call from a scammer telling me that I am going to court for some bogus payday loan debt. Obviously the person is just trying to run a scam. I told the person I am filing bankruptcy and the guy wanted me to have my lawyer contact them. I told the person all you have to do is give me the dollar amount and name of his company and address for the bankruptcy and all he gave some bogus amount and address as I looked it up and it is not valid. He told me "good luck in court".

Keeps calling my phone numerous times

Calls 50 times a day

Calls 3-4 times a day. Starts calling at 8am and as late ad 9pm.  No message on voice mail that was left, only heard breathing and background noise.  I have now blocked the number.  VERY ANNOYING!  OBVIOUSLY a SCAMMER!

Calls, leaves no message.  Calls several times a week, leaves no message.  I do not answer call from unknown numbers and if they cannot leave a legitimate message I block them.  This is obvious a scammer.  Don't answer the calls and don't talk to them.
