Just before the message call, I got a restricted call. Then min later, I got another call that left a message from 321-233-0955 It Said- Hi this is Ashley, I was contacting you in regards to your Nantucket property with RCI exchange. It does show few important updates link to the account. If you could please return my call at your earliest convenience. My number here is 321-233-0955. Again that is 321-233-0955.
I HAVE NO PROPERTY IN NANTUCKET OR FLORIDA AND HAVE NO AFFILIATION WITH RCI EXCHANGE OR ADR TRAVEL, they have used a another property in FL too and they call and text repeatedly for several years now.

Received a voicemail 5/4/2023: "Hi, good afternoon. This is Mary. I was contacting you in regards to your Marriott Property interval international for an update linked to the account. If you could please give me a call back here. My number is (321) 233 0955. Thank you. "  I called back and ended speaking to Alex Goodman; his number is 386-456-6622. He named his organization Property Management - they are affiliated with Marriott, Interval International and RCI; Mary wasn't available. He said that I have Interval International week coupons that will expire soon. His group can re-rent the weeks through AirB&B, RedWeek and one other vacation rental entity.  If I pay him my cost for the unused weeks, his group will re-rent the weeks and then send me a check for the difference; 180 day guarantee; I just need to complete some docusign items for each completed rental.  They will send a 1099 at the end of the year to document the thousands of 'passive income' we will get.  In addition to the fact that he didn't ask any questions to validate me or my account. After 5 minutes of conversation he was ready to send me the paperwork to 'transfer' the coupons. the whole thing felt too good to be true so I wasn't keen on giving him my email address.  I asked for a call back number and that I would call him back.  Then I started researching to find that it is apparently a scam.
