Call me on my job leaving voice mail or automatic voice tell me information its never a person also , saying how i am  going to lose my job and that i am going to be report fro fraud about some checks and than leave a  1-877-411-7197  to contact them at once. When calling the phone just rings no one ever picks up the phoneI have had it up to my neck with those coward that cannot speak to me on the phe or answer or for that f act they never calls me at home. They say they are collecting a debt.




FED UP

this number keeps calling our office and makes threats for one of the people who we refer to. We explained that she is not an employee , man said you write her paychecks so we are harrassing you, we explained we do not write her paychecks and he said he was going to Fx@1 us up. This is very appropriate behavior for a so called agency.

This is a Scam.  This company M. Callahan & Associates are not a collection agency.  They are trying to scam you.  I called and asked why a Complaint had been filed against me, my social security number and my drivers license and they could not tell me why.  They stated they did not even know if I was who I claimed I was.  They asked for my phone number and I advised them that since they had called me they should have it.  They also called my work number.  I asked if a Complaint had been filed against me, why had a process server not served me.  They said it was in the process.  I advised them that I work at a law firm and that before they start contacting someone that person must be served so that the person has a right to dispute the claim.  They then turned and stated that my work payroll administrator was being contacted as we speak so that they could garnish my wages.  I know this is false, because the administrator would have told me.

BEWARE.  THIS IS A SCAM.  DON'T FALL FOR IT

Calls my cell phone and leave an automated message for me to call 866-402-4043 and reference case number 211100. Callers name is Catherine Porter stating that there is an investigation involving fraudulent activity with my bank account and that failure to contact their office could result in me losing my rights in this investigation.

I have received calls from this number (321-282-3438), and no one is ever at the other end.  It's a recording that has verbal threats concerning check or mail fraud.  Whoever these people are, they need to be caught, and fined and thrown in jail.

I have got a call ( 321-282-3438) from this very same company & same voice mail from Catherine Porter, But the number she gives you is different, But when having my voice mail return the call. It calls the 321 number... the first guy attacked me on the phone and said i need to stop yelling at him after i asked him a Question about me wanting proof that i had this loan that i am not aware of. He then said " its not I want i want i want, Its you need to Listen to me and i don't have to deal with jerks like you, PAY YOUR BILLS!!!!!" and hung up the phone... 2nd call i made, right after he hung up the phone sounded like the same with him trying to change his voice, then gave the phone to someone else. I don't believe any thing these people are say....

This number keeps calling my cell saying it is calling for Drade, which I never heard of until these calls  started coming in. It says this number and anything related to the number is under investigation for fraud.

Have gotten 2 calls from this number and I can't even understand the name the recording is saying who the call is for. It sounds like "Ginny or Jimmy". Then it tells me that this person is being reported for check fraud and that they were going to take "State Action". It then tells me to call a number with a reference number. I haven't bothered because I know it has to be fraud.

They are now calling my parents how can I get then to stop?

I received a call from 321-282-3438. I usually do not answer numbers I don't recognize but I am job hunting so every call is a potential interview. The first thing I hear is "It is astounding how many times I have called you and you refuse to call me back!!" the voice was very angry and when I asked who this is, I realized it was a recording, and an automated message told me that I needed to contact them immediately or I will be arrested. WTF? really? Let me guess, if I call back they ask for all my personal info so that they can take money from me? These a holes should all go jump off a bridge if you ask me.

The number when called is "now" is saying you can make $1 16,000 every week . Then it tells you to call a different number if and only if you are seriois about making real money (I didn't call). Good to know the history of this number.
