I received an unknown call from 321-300-1074

I found this number on my called ID.  Who is it?  Anything to do with a Nissan Juke?

I had 3 voice messages from an automated phone call system stating that they were calling in behalf of the New York criminal system. If I was (so and so) or could contact (so and so) to press certain numbers or if I was not (so and so) to press 5...... I don't answer calls I do not recognize.

This bogus number used up most of my prepaid minutes

I also got 3 voice messages that said on behalf of the new York criminal system,but I could barely understand the message. It asked if I was so and so to report to so and so

they should stop calling

Received a call this morning at 7am. System stating that they were calling in behalf of the New York criminal system. If I was (so and so) or could contact (so and so) to press certain numbers or if I was not (so and so) to press 5......

They called 9 times (that's all that showed on my caller ID)
All just 30 seconds to 2 minutes of each other. And that's all that saved on my caller iD, there may have been more. I'm glad I wasn't home when it happened.
