This is an automated call to confirm your information with regards to a service call initiated by an OEM. Return the call during business hours (9:00 AM - 5:00 PM EST) and you will be transferred to an agent to assist in confirming your ticket information.

Received a voice mail with a computer generated female voice stating, "3216847158 to confirm your service request. Please call us back at 321-684-7158 to confirm you service request. Thank you."  That's all the computer speaking stated.  Obviously, I am not calling that number back for obvious reasons.

The Company is USSI Global and they do OEM tech support for various companies including Samsung.

Received a call from 321-684-7158 to return their call to finalize samsung service request. I am a little concerned as it was automated, so I will calll samsung to confirm  who they approved before I return the call.  Proceed with caution people, hackers, scammers are out in full force..

The call is legit, Samsung Warranty hires this Co to do Tv Repairs, yes the voice is a computer, but it allows you to switch to real person after a couple easy questions. If you don't call them back, your tv will not get fixed until you do.
