Identifys self as Association for Saving Power.  Calls cell phone.  I have received approximately 15 calls on my personal cell.  Calls start with computer spiel saying they can help claim a $3700 gov rebate if I authorize a home inspection.  Message eventually asks you to press "1" if interested.  I have done this twice and was connected to a telemarketer.  They would not provide phone number or address of the business and hung up when I insisted.  Next I will ask them to come to my home for the inspection where I will try to learn more about who they are so that I can make a detailed complaint to authorities.

Just called.  Called yesterday too around the same time.  I did not pick up and they did not leave a message.  I hate getting sales calls especially when its from my area code, at least since its local when I find out who it is I can track them down and murder them.

Same number; called - answered, then nobody online. If this is same outfit,
they seem to IGNORE "no call list," just as does FPL constantly (6 times now
in past two days) spamming my phone. Nobody, in business, don't seem to
get it - that IF I wanted something, I'd know where to get it; don't need/want,
anybody calling my phone trying to sell me something, and if they do come
on line LIVE, I tell them straight where to go. FEDup.

I have received several calls from this number. They have an option to be taken off the list which I have used but I am still receiving calls. Last night I tried to speak to a rep and all she would do is continue with her sales pitch. When I asked for a supervisor she told me there wasn't one available. And she continued with her pitch. When I asked for a supervisor again she hung up.

just got the same call.also on the do not call list but dosent seem to work.they claim to help us save money said if i was a fpl customer and owned my home ectect.....and when will it STOP?

Have received over a dozen calls from this number. Can't call back. Next time will try talking to someone to tell them to stop calling (even though apparently this doesn't work).

Still getting calls.  I tried to have them come to my house for the inspection but apparently wasn't sufficiently sincere and the marketer hung up.  There is apparently no recourse.  Authorities will not help and the company will not stop calling.

I am getting the same calls from phone number 961-5671.  When questioned as to location, company name, address, supervisor's name...etc they hang up on me.  I have got multiple calls and telling them to take me off their call list doesn't seem to work.  What can be done to stop this harassment?

This is a sales and not a survey call. They'll sell you fluorescent lighting for much more $$$ than what it'll cost you from a local hardware store. I don't know if the rebate is legit, I wouldn't bank on it.

I have been getting this repeatedly from the 727 area code.  Same thing, different numbers.  When I ask for their company information they will not give it and hang up.  I have had it and am calling the States Attorney and filing a complaint.  YMMV...

I have now had about 25 calls all wanting to do a survey of my house to save energy. They suggest stimulus money is available. I received the same call 3/4, 3/5, 3/11, 3/14, 3/15. The phone number calling was either 321 961 4064 or 321 961 5955. It was Jill, Jennifer, Amy , Michael and others who called. They said I would be removed from the list but it so far has never happened.

All my families' cell phones are receiving these FPL energy saving messages from 321-961-6974, 321-961-5955, 321-961-5231, 321-961-5671, and 321-961-2170. Since they won't put us on a DNC. Maybe all of us should simply keep them on the line for a long as poss or each of us setup bogus appointments for them.
