Two calls received within an hour on 7/14/2016 - No message left, but on the 2nd call, I could clearly hear the sounds of a boiler room/telemarketing operation. The caller said, "Hello..." but then hung up.

Another South Carolina call from unknown with no message. Know no one in S.C. Will block.

Telemarketer. I didn't answer, but on the message that they left, there was a lot of background noise, as if this person was seated in a large room with other callers. Blocked the number.

I don't answer calls from unknown callers.  That was the case here.  This caller hung up after three rings without leaving a message.

Previous experience suggests this is not the modus operandi of legitimate callers on behalf of genuine businesses.

Therefore, I am lead to conclude that the may in fact have been yet another round in the never ending game of "Scumbag Phone-tag".

The call comes up as customer  support  calls several times a week. There is never any message left.  I have no idea what support I need.

I'd says customer service. Caller says you are getting error messages on your computer. He can fix. Obvious scam.

Gotta love call blocking...  too bad Scumbags!

Caller claimed to be Hilton Grand Vacations.  Offers were too good to be true.  When I started questioning his affiliation to Hilton Grand Vacations, he hung up.
